Though my association with Ian goes back 15-17 years on a personal level, professionally we got connected only early this year with the first training program conducted by him for my team in this January and right then it was sealed that he and Academy PEP will be our trainers for long time to come, and rightly so this was immediately followed up with yet another equally engaging and invigorating program by him in June.
The ease with which Ian can read into a situation and come up with an “on-the-spot” solution for it is amazing. On both the occasions my brief to him was exactly that “brief” but with just that little information the amount of punch he was able to fill in his sessions was absolutely fulfilling. His understanding of individuals and connecting with each of them on different levels that suits them is a gift very few have and a gift which proved to be a vital ingredient to the success of this program.
My team who initially came in with some amount of skepticism about the program and the “deliverer” of the program today look forward to the program and meeting the “deliverer” and I believe in some way or other they connected with him on personal level as well such is the endearing personality of this “deliverer” called Ian Faria!!
