How will I gain from the programmes?
The programmes are experiential in nature, and the participants learn by doing. Emphasis is on Role Plays, Metaphorical implantation and interactive learning. Participants are encouraged to ask questions to remove doubts and ambiguities. The principle employed is Ask better questions, and get better answers. In short, you take the learning home with you – as an experience, rather than as a theory which will soon be forgotten.

Participants are encouraged to put the learning into practice as quickly as possible. Tomorrow is still unreal. Yesterday is just a figment of memory. Today is real, and we need to utilize it immediately if we have to gain a better tomorrow. Now, since the learning is imbibed, it remains locked away in the subconscious, and is real. All we have to do is to take the one-month challenge that is part of the programme, and we will then work the learning into a new habit. Once we learnt how to swim or ride a cycle, we naturally never forget the skill. Transformation, and Experiential Learning is such a skill, and should therefore last a lifetime. How expensive are the programmes?
The programmes are very reasonably priced. But speaking about expensive… the issue is how expensive is it NOT to DO the programmes? Can we in a fast-paced world, progress through trial and error? What are the tools used to check the efficacy of the programmes?
We have a detailed feedback form that is a part of every programme that the Academy conducts. This is evaluated, and the results are sent – in data and graphic output form, that will clearly indicate how the participants viewed the programme. However, the proof of the pudding is the change that the participants bring about in their behavior, outlook and they way of functioning on a professional level. How does an individual select a programme?
The deliverables of each module are very specific. For example – Power Talk is a programme devoted to developing public speaking skills. Peer Talk is targeted towards interpersonal skills including how to participate in meetings and group discussions, and how to read people and interact with them appropriately. In addition, you could come in to the office for a free consultation, and our counselors will estimate your needs and suggest programmes that will give you good results.

Are there any follow-up programmes for the participants to ensure continuous improvement?
Based on the need of the participants of earlier programmes, we have structured one of the most successful methodologies to ensure continual improvement of the participants. This is in the form of a mutual benefit association called the Global Citizen’s Forum. We have initiated one community club in Bangalore, and two college clubs in Bangalore. The mission of the GCF is to give members the tools and techniques to be successful anywhere on the planet. Focus is on communication skills – at the public and the interpersonal levels, and on holistic development of the success paradigm.
