Anita with over 24 years of experience in the professional and business worlds, is the Principal Trainer and Operations Head of Finesse India – a division of Academy PEP, based in Bangalore.
Her training focus is on Business Etiquette, Interpersonal Communication, Corporate Culture and Grooming. In addition her new programme on How Women can Succeed in a Male-dominated world, is a programme which is making waves in the corporate world, specially with so many women coming into the corporate worlds.
Professionally, she has served in various capacities - Area Manager, Operations, and then Regional Manager – Sales, Marketing and Franchising for a Pan-India health and beauty company, in charge of 7 centres in Bangalore and 19 other centres across Hyderabad, Kerala and Tamil Nadu.
She trained and coached a leading Retail Pan India Company in Grooming, Hygiene and Customer Connect.
Today she trains companies, and individuals in business etiquette & sales communication, specific to high-value client servicing, particularly in Lifestyle product sales.
She has also been in the following profiles, in the business and social worlds.
- Director in Real Estate Development company, handling Interior and Exterior Works and Sales and Customer Service.
- Proprietor & consultant of an interior decorating firm, handling esthetics of decorations for exclusivity.
- Partner in a Real Estate Agency, consulting on interior designing.
